Get Your Partner ("GYP", operated by Bobok Private Limited) is a marketplace that connects members with verified, professional companions for lawful, platonic, consent-based social services — such as conversation, city walks, dinner company, event accompaniment and elder support.
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering a contract to use GYP. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and keep your account details current.
GYP is not a dating, escort or adult service. Any request, offer or expectation of romantic, sexual or illegal activity is a serious violation and leads to immediate, permanent account termination and may be reported to authorities.
All bookings and payments must happen on the platform via our payment partner Cashfree. Off-platform payment, or sharing contact / payment details in chat, is against policy — it removes every safety protection we provide and can lead to suspension.
Cancellation windows, fees and refund maths are shown transparently before you confirm any cancellation, and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Both members and companions must follow our Community Guidelines. Either party may decline or end a session at any time for safety reasons, without penalty.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, harass others, or endanger anyone's safety. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.
GYP provides the platform and safety tooling but is not a party to the session itself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

GYP कोई dating, escort या adult service नहीं है। Romantic, sexual या ग़ैर-क़ानूनी activity की कोई भी request, offer या उम्मीद गंभीर उल्लंघन है — इसका नतीजा तुरंत और permanent account termination है, और मामला authorities को report किया जा सकता है।
सभी bookings और payments platform पर ही — हमारे payment partner Cashfree के ज़रिए — होनी चाहिए। Platform के बाहर payment, या chat में contact/payment details share करना policy के ख़िलाफ़ है — इससे हमारी दी हुई हर safety protection हट जाती है और account suspend हो सकता है।
Cancellation window, fees और refund का पूरा हिसाब किसी भी cancellation को confirm करने से पहले transparently दिखाया जाता है, और यह हमारी Refund & Cancellation Policy के अनुसार होता है।
Members और companions — दोनों को हमारी Community Guidelines follow करनी होंगी। Safety की वजह से कोई भी पक्ष कभी भी request decline कर सकता है या session ख़त्म कर सकता है — बिना किसी penalty के।
इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन, fraud की कोशिश, किसी को harass करना या किसी की safety ख़तरे में डालना — ऐसे accounts हम suspend या terminate कर सकते हैं। आप अपना account कभी भी Settings से delete कर सकते हैं।
GYP platform और safety tools उपलब्ध कराता है, लेकिन session का हिस्सा नहीं होता। क़ानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, हमारा दायित्व संबंधित booking के लिए चुकाई गई राशि तक सीमित है।
हम इन शर्तों को समय-समय पर update कर सकते हैं; बड़े बदलावों की सूचना app में दी जाएगी। Update के बाद platform का इस्तेमाल जारी रखना revised शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।
Only what's needed to run bookings and keep you safe: your name, phone, email, city, booking history, and — for identity verification — KYC documents.
Identity documents and document numbers are stored encrypted (AES-256). Bank details are never stored in plaintext on our servers — payouts use a secure token issued by our payment partner Cashfree.
Live location is captured only during active sessions and only for safety (SOS response and session monitoring). It is not sold or used for advertising.
In-app chats are automatically screened for contact/payment sharing and safety risks. Flagged content may be reviewed by our safety team. Chats close when the session ends.
Payment processing (Cashfree), SMS/WhatsApp notifications, and — only when legally required — law-enforcement requests. We never sell personal data.
You can request a copy of your data or delete your account anytime from Settings. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days; some records may be retained where the law requires (e.g. tax invoices).
We use essential cookies for login sessions and basic analytics to improve the product. No third-party ad trackers.

To protect your account and prevent fraud, we collect basic device information when you log in or make a booking — such as a device identifier, browser type, screen size, timezone and IP address. This helps us detect suspicious logins, alert you about new devices, and keep bookings safe. This data is used only for security and is never sold or used for advertising.
